I first visited Helen for a Deep Tissue Massage about 6 years ago, during recovering from an accident that meant that I had to learn to walk again. My legs were constantly cramping and twitching due to the nerve issues and muscle loss. Helen’s work with me played a huge part in my recovery, and my ability today to be more active than I’ve ever been before in my life. Whenever I’m back in the UK I try to book in with Helen, as I’ve never found anyone else around the world that can offer me such a knowledgable and personalised treatment. What a lovely session! I’ve been away from practicing meditation and spirituality for well over a year and was wondering if I’d actually get anything. Helen made me feel welcome and feel at ease.
