    What a lovely session! I’ve been away from practicing meditation and spirituality for well over a year and was wondering if I’d actually get anything. Helen made me feel welcome and feel at ease. Helens approach is calm and supports you to take it at your own pace, taking as much time as I needed to understand what I was receiving really helped me to not feel under pressure.

    I had my first session with Helen today. I arrived nervous but excited.  My husband paid for the session as a birthday gift as I have always been interested in past life regression.  Helen soon put me at ease and was lovely from start to finish.  It only felt like I was there a few minutes but I was actually under for 1hr 20. I had a very positive experience and can't wait for next session.   5⭐
