What a lovely session! I’ve been away from practicing meditation and spirituality for well over a year and was wondering if I’d actually get anything. Helen made me feel welcome and feel at ease. Helens approach is calm and supports you to take it at your own pace, taking as much time as I needed to understand what I was receiving really helped me to not feel under pressure.
